Change your running shoes every 300 miles.

Hydrate before during and after warm weather exercise. When running drink 10 to 15 oz. of water 15 minutes prior to running, and every 15 minutes during your run.

To help prevent aggravating symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome while on the computer, be sure shoulders rest comfortably at your side, elbows are bent to 90 degrees keeping forearms parallel to the floor and wrists are in a neutral or straight position.



Hours : We are pleased to provide flexible hours of operation:

Monday–Thursday from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm

Friday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm

What to Bring : On your first visit, please bring:


  1. Your insurance card(s)
  2. Your physician's prescription
  3. A credit card to keep on file (we do not accept AMEX)
  4. Comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise (shorts and sneakers for those with leg problems)
  5. Be prepared to stay approximately one hour for your first visit (we conduct a full evaluation and instruct you on your at-home exercise regimen).  Future visits will be approximately 30-60 minutes.
  6. Completed forms - please download the necessary forms below, complete and bring with you to your first appointment

Cancellation Policy : We provide e-mail reminders in advance of your appointments, and we ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do charge a $30 fee for missed appointments. We appreciate our patients who honor our cancellation policy.
